This highly regarded certificate is aimed at participants who will be significantly involved in workplace coaching within an organisation. The course consists of an induction and in addition to the taught programme you will successfully complete a work-based assignment. Individual supervision for the duration of the course to monitor practice and support development plan and reflective log.
