The ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management aims to provide practicing managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches or mentors as part of their normal work role or as a freelance professional.

Made up of three mandatory units which enable participants to understand, develop and demonstrate knowledge and skills in management coaching and mentoring. Individual supervision for the duration of the course to monitor practice and support development plan and reflective log.

Our costs are fully inclusive of Assessor/Trainer support, Registration and Certification.
