A one day workshop for executives appointed to board level roles in a multi project environment who are appointed to manage by exception either large single projects or multiple projects. The course can be run in-house or off-site. Prior to the workshop the trainer will work with the organisation tailoring the module to make it organisation specific.

It will equip Project Board members with the PRINCE2® language, skills, tools and techniques that will underpin effective project delivery.
